Sorry to have to say this but this is the slowest restaurant in all of Albuquerque. By far. Whataburger is always good food but I've never waited for less than 20 minutes at this location.I visit at least 30 restaurants per day so I'm a reliable source. I will say it's very clean but there seems to be chaos where nobody runs the front of house. Everyone's in the back and they pop out occasionally. It's like this every time and I've been here at least 20 times. Drive thru is the same.It's got to change as it's quite obvious that every customer is confused about the wait.

Whataburger advertised Whatasized. What is whatasized? When I was asked what size, I said Whatasized. The server looked at me and asked again what size?Question: If Whataburger advertises this on the menu, then the server should know what it is and then offer it. Not ask what that is? Then says "Oh is that what that is?" We don't know it is, and laugh about it.

I ordered 4 chile cheese burgers meals when I arrived home my burgers had fries. I lady manager apologized for the incorrect order and said that I could go get my burgers all I had to do was give them my name. When I went she refused to make my burgers good.
