First time in my life had such a bad experience yesterday night Applebee's Rosswell. As I never had bad experience with Applebee's, I suggested my family and my friends family to meet the closest resturant(Applebee's Roswell) from my hotel after rejecting other options.. But yesterday's experience was so awful.First of all after ordering two plates of pasta for our kids it appear only one plate after half an hour of ordering with an applogy that cook forgot to make another. Then the second one came way later. My kids were literally hungry. I had to remind waiter that is really taking long time.Secondly, fiesta lime chicken was so awful. I believe those tortilla chips were smelling badly with old oil smell. We could not eat after waiting for one and half hour.When we requested not to pay for two plate fiesta lime chicken, manager was really behaving rude saying you don't need to pay for anything and simply didn't show off after that. It was really really rude.In fact we were saying please take the card but don't charge for the bad food which we have not eat.Ultimately the waiter took the rest of the bill amount with out fiesta lime chicken.Will not recommend at all.

Our server was extremely overwhelmed. They seemed to have not prepared for the busyness of st Patricks day rush. When we received our food the manager actually helped bring it out. He brought out EXTREMELY fried chips greasy nasty looking. When I tried one it was stale. So I'm guessing they assumed re frying them would make them better. Wrong. My wonton taco shells same over fried stale not great. When I brought it up the waitress looked at them in disgust she could tell so she went to find new ones. They didn't have any, he was aware they were bad and he still sent them out. Who doesn't prepare for that rush not to mention happy hr half hour apps they do? She removed it from the ticket but it was just garbage. We usually pass through Roswell and Applebee's is always a favorite. But not that one.

We arrived and put our names on the list. Waited for 20 min all the while there were 8 to 10 empty tables. As we waited the hostess played on her phone finally as two more tables opened up she wiped those tables down. Another couple came in and was told it would be a 45 min wait. I then asked why people were not being seated and was informed that it was because the kitchen was running behind. We left at that point.

Starting with the GD speaker blasting over our table, our waitress had to repeat herself multiple times. 7 minutes after our food was placed on the table we got our cutlery. Food was no longer even warm. I ordered the bourbon steak. Wife had chicken something. Both so over cooked it was like a shoe. I last ate at Applebee's in NYC in 2019 and it was the same then except now it is $70! Avoid this chain.

This was one of the worst dining out experiences I've ever had. My family and I came for dinner, waited approximately 20 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Our waitress didn't greet us for another 15 minutes. She rushed us through our order and was very to the point, no frills. We waited around 45 minutes for our food, never got the ranch we had asked twice for. The portions were laughably small especially on the 2 for 30 something menu. I ordered a drink at the beginning that they tried to bring me after we were already done eating. No refills, had to track someone down to get a to-go box because there wasn't anyone around, we weren't checked on. I am typically more than understanding especially if the place is busy, however, there was maybe 5 other small parties in total. Awful, 0/10, ruined Applebee's for us.
