“Long line, but sooo worth it. Workers were friendly and kind, and the food was amazing. I had the pork ribs and the brisket, as well as their hatch green chile mac and cheese and street corn. All was tasty and well-made. Will definitely be going back in the future. A word of warning: if you have your heart set on getting something specific or anything in general, you absolutely need to show up within the first hour of opening, otherwise they sell out very fast!“
“Took my three teenage granddaughters for BBQ today and the food, the service, the entire experience was fantastic!! And KUDOS to the cook-team for going above and beyond to make my Pig-Man sandwich I ordered with no bread look AMAZING and so inviting! I really appreciate the extra care to pile my meat on a bed of onions and pickles (which I asked for extra of both) and roll the pickle on top for that extra touch!! ?“
“Wow, we compared this to some good meat cooking chefs in our family! The beans were great and the brisket … oh yeah…the pork sandwich and potato salad was scrumptious too!I had brisket and added the sauce to a piece of bread , added a raw onion slice, beans and enjoyed my meal!I told he and his wife .. how good it was .. they had turned a sonic drive in into a barbecue… scrumptious food place….
