The two young ladies were doing a wonderful job. I would like to apologize to them if I upset them in any way by confronting their rude customer. I would not stand by while the rude, entitled woman on her phone berated one of the employees because she didn't like the coffee she was served. It was important enough to her to reduce the young woman to tears, but not enough to get off her phone and engage with them like human beings. I'm giving it a 3 because apparently the (I'm guessing) manager can't speak to her employees. She has to tell at them. That's not how a good manager should be to her employees. I really don't believe that I will be returning to this place. Because of her, because next time I will not stay quiet..

Love a good Baskin Robbins ice cream stop!! They had my favorite daiquiri ice! So thankful they took out all the artificial food dyes out of their ice creams, my kids can finally have the fun stuff!! Thank you!!
