Always hot and fresh at this Church's. Staff is friendly and fast getting your order (majority of the times I've went there). The only drawback is they seem to run out of legs faster than anyone (i dont like thigh meat so I try getting orders with legs only), but hey what can I say it's good chicken?♀️. Lol

Chicken was dry and greasy, tasted like grease hadn't been changed in a while. I love churches chicken and it's always good but this time I was very disappointed as were also my kids. Most of it went in the trash, waste of money.?

So sad, the service is terrible at the Churches Chicken North in Roswell, NM. On 07/17/2021 at 3:20 in the afternoon, pulled up to the window to order and there were three workers sitting towards the back and not one had the courtesy to come take the order. At the same time you had a gentleman from another truck literally get out of his vehicle to look in the window and still no service. Another vehicle just backed up out of the line and left. What a shame....No wonder they are always hiring..

Using my husband's account to rate this terrible place.Worst service and food. I order and get to the window & they don't have any spicy chicken.. okay, that's fine. Well then they tell me they have no biscuits and they would give extra chicken for it. I said okay, can I get some wings and they said okay. The girl then gives me my food and just when I was about to ask for my sauce for my tenders, she closes the window. I get home and my chicken is dry and extra crispy, almost burnt. And then there is no wings just extra breasts.Never eating at this location again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We were given our tea with no ice. When asked about it, we were told they were out. Menu says tenders come with sauce. No sauce given. When asked about it I was told I needed to ask at the beginning then he have me a bag of about 15 ranch sauces.... Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for utensils to eat with. So he gave us 8 of them (we ordered 2 meals...) we will NEVER be back. Shady.... We were agreeable, we will just never go back. Yucky, would rather eat cat food.

0 stars this place was horrifically dirty food was stale restroom reaked of human feces and humidity all the way into the hallway and dining area this place needs to be inspected by the health department dining area and kitchen had years of filth everywhere this place is a public risk !

This is the worst Churches I have ever been to. There is always a line, because someone is waiting for food to cook. So instead of the employees asking you to pull up and they will bring it out. They just make you and anyone else in line wait. This has happened several times, and I have been nice enough to park in the front so others can get their food.

By far the worst churches chicken I’ve ever been to. Chicken tenders looked horrible. Biscuit were sad looking. Employees looked miserable. Slow service. Repeated my orders numerous times. Do society a favor and just close this location. Fred pardo should be ashamed.

OMG I have missed Church's chicken so much and it tasted exactly how I remembered it. I ate the whole thing, fries AND okra, AND the pie and it was so good!!

The chicken always tastes great. Workers are generally friendly. This location cant seem to decide if they want to open their doors or not. Always has taken a long time to order and get your food. If you have time you can wait in the drive through line usually at least five other cars lined up.

They literally gave Tyson Chicken Strips and expected me not to notice... Also, awful customer service, asked for Mac and cheese, they charged for it, and forgot to put it in the bag. We even asked if they had it in there and they said they did (rudely), but alas it was not in the bag.
