I do not typically write reviews, but…For starters we were told there was a 3 hour wait for bowling. We opted to shoot pool in the meantime, which was trash also, but we are glass half full people. Every person that walked in the door after us kept getting lanes. We thought maybe they were part of a party with reservations, wrong. When we got our lane, the shoes we got were literally falling apart, our lane jammed over and over again, the scores were all over the place, the screens went black a few times and lane lights shut off. We were fearful to test our luck any further so we chose not to order any food. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. This bowling alley has plummeted into a dirty and rundown disappointment.

Quick fun bowling time, the balls kept getting stuck and now my son thinks I rigged the game so I could win lol

Very Bad Experience First I have a family of 8 and cashier told me we could not bowl 8 to a lane if we wanted to be separated but be far apart mind you i have 5 kids so why would I wanna be separated from them in a public place 2nd they charged me almost $17 per person including kids so we paid $135 for 2 1/2 hrs 3rd our lane kept getting stuck and messing up a total of 4 times which was a total of 10 min to fix so 40 min tooken away from the time we had to bowl 4th we went to order pizza and they where out ??‍♀️ this was a night we wanted to be out as a family and do something fun this will be the last time we ever go here

The sign of hours of operation should say “when we feel like it”. I have come out here to bowel several times and they were supposed to be open and they were not. Very disappointing. There’s not a lot to do in this town and bowling is one of the things I enjoy. I guess I will be traveling up to Artesia to bowl.

Lanes are crap, service is crap, equipment is old and needs replacement, they dont oil the lanes enough, food is ehhh. The whole place needs a remodel.

We went to "Rock N Bowl" on a Souray night. After 2 lane changes, there was finally bowling, but there was absolutely NO rocking. The music was sad and made us feel like we were at a middle school dance in the 90's. I asked the lady if they could change the station and she was very hesitant, stating her manager picked the music. The music never got better, and we had consistent troubles with the 3 lanes we were on. Not sure if we will be going back ?

i didn’t even get the chance to see what this bowling alley is like because their hours of service were posted wrong. it says they open at three. my entire family showed up at 3 and i’ve been waiting outside for 20 minutes. i called the number and it said the number was incorrect or unavailable. we are still waiting and very disappointed.

I don't typically write reviews, so that tells you how strongly I feel about this alley to write one. I couldn't even tell you the number of times I have tried to come here to bowl-weekdays and weekends over the last year; the attempts are too many to count. It has gotten to the point where I commute to Artesia's bowling alley to play with no hassle and better pricing. This location needs many improvements. A few examples would be updating the hours of operation, cleanliness, customer service, etc. Do the hours of operation change so often that they don't bother to post them to notify the public? It seems like the only individuals who are aware of their hours are league players. There have been many times where I call to find out if they're open and no answer. I know people who have had similar experiences.I am so disappointed because it wasn't always like this. I have many fond memories of playing here over the years. However, lately, it seems that it is not being managed well.

This place has gone down the tubes over the years. When you think it can't get any worse boom something happens and it's worse.

The prices were 14$ a person to bowl. The lights were in my eyes the entire time, making it very hard to get a straight line. The drinks are four dollars for a small drink, filled to the brim with ice and no free refills. The refills cost two dollars. The pizza for being quite expensive wasn't fantastic. If I pay for pizza, I expect it to be good pizza; not school food quality pizza. I don't consider myself a cheap person but, for the amount of "fun" I had, the prices were too high. The best thing was the Ice. I feel that the only reason people give this place such high reviews is because it is literally one of the only things to do in Roswell.

Made reservations for my daughters 16th birthday over a month ago. I called and confirmed 3 times with the girl on the phone I needed it from 2-5. Well today we go to have my daughters bday party and we get there and it’s closed. I message them for them to tell me there was no way I was told that time slot. I was also told to get over MY miscommunication not there’s. So then I just get over it and ask well it opens at 3 so can I have my party then. Nope they reserved me for 5 pm and could care less how they treated us before we got there and while we were there. To pay $70 a lane, plus not even accommodating the things we were promised I am just pretty disgusted with how we were treated. But then I guess it wasn’t there daughters bday they ruined!! I am definitely not happy with the people who took over and ruined the nice bowling alley we had before these people bought them out. Do better Center City Lanes!!!
