I’m so glad that they opened up this restaurant in Roswell!The wait staff and owners are always super nice and attentive, the food is fresh and incredibly tasty (the El Gobernador Mixto tacos are literally the best fish tacos I’ve ever had), and it’s usually pretty quick to get your meal.It’s a little pricier than most restaurants here, but that’s totally understandable given the menu (and 100% worth the price).All in all it’s a fantastic spot, and I’m so glad that they’re here!!

First time there was great, waiter and food. Second time was awful, waitress was a big concern, did not get informed of extra charge for sauce, drinks are too expensive almost like beer and are not authentic horchata or Jamaica. Go at your own risk. Might be good service, might not.
The ceviche was luke warm and tasted totally wrong, it’s a 100% different menu than the restaurant in Hobbs.The Hobbs restaurant was a wonderful experience, this however was dreadful. When I did bring up my concerns with the ceviche which was visibly untouched on my plate they only offered a 25% comp.I’m sure some of their other dishes are great but the ceviche being wrong and the lack of empathy on the managers part will never bring me back here.Our waitress was amazing and I have no complaints, the quality of the food and behavior of the owners/operators is not her fault.
