The customer service was wonderful! The waitresses definitely deserve a raise for how helpful, patient and kind they are! Very accommodating! Unfortunately, the food was not the best for being Mexican food. With an Italian name, I figured as such. The pozole was bland but the meat to hominy ratio was good. The mole was okay for being homemade just a little bit too sweet. The portion sizes were great except for the churro; they break one churro in half and call it 2 orders. The salsa was absolutely amazing! I wish I could've eaten a whole soup bowl of the salsa!

Servers are great & food is somewhat great. Only thing I don't like is there online service they sell you something's they don't even carry at the restaurant. DONT FALSE ADVERTISE if it's not even available. Also they send you 10% codes via email and when you try to use them it doesn't apply discount. Other than that the restaurant is clean
The place it’s self is like really cool I love the food and the music and the place it’s self I would definitely come here if you’re like really hungry this place can definitely fill you up and I’ve giving this place an five stars !

The restaurant was gorgeous. The service was amazing, everything looked clean, waitresses were busy but on task with everything. Wait time was pretty short considering the amount of people in the restaurant in the time.Ordered the cielo, mar, y tierra parrillada. It was delicious.The shrimp, beef, and chicken were packed with flavor!Overall: 10/10 experience. Will go again.
Bad service Took my wife & we're 2 different couples in whole restaurant. The waitress was sitting at bar,told us to sit anywhere. 14 minutes later we still didn't get a menu or no word or presence from waitress. We left restaurant, & they still had the nerve to tell us "thank you come again "! I should of thanked them for the no service after being their for 14 minutes.. I would Not recommended this place to no one. They won't be open for long guaranteed with that... no service to customers. Didn't let me put 0 stars. Had to put 1!!! bad bad bad

Overall: disappointed. The waitress was great though! The food, not so great. Nothing had any sort of seasoning on it.. not even the chips that tasted stale. Not one bite of each of our meals gave us that spark you get when fresh, great flavor hits your taste buds. My coworkers and I all had the same complaint, being our food was bland, just...flavorless, like bland diet restricted hospital room food, maybe worse. One of my coworkers got a burger of which, we are convinced, was made prior, re-cooled and later reheated in the microwave to serve to us. 3 meals for the price we paid, wasn't worth it, sorry. Just a disappointment. Maybe their bfast is better ?
