The wings and fries are honestly hit or miss.. but the last 2 times we ordered the cajun dry rub (which is our favorite flavor out of all wing spots in town) there was barely any spices on them and were basically flavorless.. and the fries are almost always just given to the dogs.. I hope they start doing things the way they started out.. other wise we'll have to stop ordering from there all together ?

Waiter was really working hard, but had all the tables and the bar, but he was still doing a good job. Ordered food about 5 minutes after getting there. The soup came about 5 minutes after ordering, but that was the end of anything quick out of the kitchen. The food took about an hour more to come and by that time the chips and soup had almost filled me up. I had a coupon for a FREE desert and decided to use it and take my food home. I will never order a dessert at Chili's again. Took almost 45 minutes to get the cookie and ice cream. I ended up telling the waiter to just make the cookie to go, for we had to be on the road. After waiting 45 minutes you would think the cookie would be warm, but it was almost as cold as the ice cream. I know it was free, but it was the only reason we chose Chili's for lunch and I will NEVER let your FREE dessert sway me into coming into the restaurant. Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat, but not that of my family. I get ribbed by them for eating there so much, and it is not worth it. It will be a long time before I eat at another Chili's.

Eat at Chili's quite often and this location was the best we have found. Our waitress was amazing and the food better than at our local Chili's.

I ordered online, something I don't generally like to do. I ordered "bone in" wings . I got big nuggets! No bones here!! Very disappointed

I was seated in the bar area immediately and the waitress took my drink order. When she brought it to me, she sat it down and left without even asking if i wanted to order food (which was the primary reason for my visit). She took orders from 3 other tables, but never came back to mine, even though I waved my menu for 5 minutes, hoping she would notice. She never once looked at my table. So I left without ordering and found a different restaurant to dine at.
