I will never forget this day 12/13/23. I was having a BAD day at work and and I was hungry so I came to jimmy John’s.. The Jimmy John’s Pm shift it was all girls they were so sweet they definitely made my day and the job was done efficiently and good service they are hardworking and I definitely think they deserve more than minimum wage. I will definitely will go back for there amazing delicious sandwiches !!!

Never had overdone bread served to me at a Jimmy John's. Now I have. Totally changed the dynamic of the sandwich and not in a good day. Disappointed. I have a picture but not sure why Google isn't providing the option to share
I was shorted on accident and the manager took his time to drop off the amount shorted to my house to me this is the best customer service I have received in Roswell since moving here so I really thank the assistant manger for going beyond the norm I am a dedicated customer to Jimmy John’s for there honesty and integrity thank you for the great sandwiches and for being this dedicated to your customers sincere customer Don B

Decent sandwiches, some good staff members, and some not so good. Try not to edit any sandwich order, like no cheese on one that normally comes with cheese or extra meat. It will create a level of confusion that is insurmountable, and you likely won't get what you ordered.
