I love this place, it hits home for me, I was born and raised in Roswell, but I live in Texas now, and everytime I go to Roswell I hit the ufo McDonald's, and usually go to Cahoon park and eat in the park, miss home!!

McDonald's here has lost my business. I called at 0830 requesting to order just chicken nuggets since my 2 year old is lactose intolerant and where we will be won't have anything for him to eat, and all the lady said was NO. I understand they are on their breakfast time, but if you are given plenty of time for a simple thing, why would you say no. How hard is it to fry up 10 nuggets?

The food was up to standard and the employees were friendly. My only complaint was the time it took to receive my food curbside....ordered a simple cheeseburger and ended up having to go through drive-thru to get it after waiting about 15 min.

I placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for a McFlurry and shake, the McDonald’s was not busy at the time of the order and after there was probably 2 cars that came and went. I also noticed employees that had came in and out. I was about to drive to the drive through and our order came out after waiting. I rolled my window down and the employee said “where are you going” this was quite rude and I replied I had been waiting for a while. I got the shake and McFlurry and both were melted, the employee had not apologized at all for the wait or the fact that they were very melted. Will not be going here again.

I had two cheeseburgers and they were better than mine in California. I may have been hungry or they were better quality. Service was good with nothing to really complain about. Ambiance is the winner...Spaceship and aliens made for an interesting McDonalds like the oldies one in Chicago. Overall a nice touristy McDonalds.
