A screw in a sidewall south of Carlsbad while on vacation sent us north to Roswell to find a tire to fit the rims. Pecos Flavors was a random pick and turned out to be a great find in Roswell. Salmon and Steak mains were excellent for the price. The wines are featured from Arizona. I’m not effusive about the local wine production but they are inexpensive and drinkable. Walking into the place - it’s lively, well attended for a Wednesday night, and would become a staple for me if I lived here. Well done!

One of my favorite local places to eat! The perfect place to go enjoy great food and a calm setting after a long day at work. The food is amazing! The service can be a little slow some nights but not too bad!

Passing thru on a camping trip we found this place online. Didn’t expect much but we were astounded at how fabulous Pecos is. They probably have the best chef in the world here because our meals were perfectly flavored and prepared and we are very familiar with fine dining. The house wines are delicious. And the wait staff is attentive and friendly. Ari waited on us and we couldn’t have been treated better. Apparently the locals know how great Pecos is because it was packed. Things get even better after you’ve had one of their fine meals if you stay for the musical entertainment.

We loved this place! We were passing through NM on our way home to OK from AZ. We wanted something good for lunch and I found this on Yelp. Loved the alien statue in front of the restaurant (lots of those in Roswell). We didn't get to try the beer or wine but they had lots to choose from, even alien ale! I had a grilled cheese on sourdough with bacon and a cup of tomato basil soup. It was delicious! My husband had a burger with chips. He loved how the menu said you could specify your burger temperature (he likes medium rare and so many places only do medium). Our server was nice and we got our food relatively quickly. They had lots of gift items for sale. Fun decor and a nice bar. Would be a great place to go for dinner too. They have lots of events, like jazz musicians etc. Would definitely go again if we were out that way. I have already told our friends about it for their way home.

Ham, green chili, cheese sandwich looked great. But ham tasted like Oscar Meyer. Too bad. Used to love this place.

Delicious! 10/10 recommend to make the stop and try this beautiful and pleasant eatery. Upscale, prices are reasonable, craft beer is available, and it appears meals are made in house.

Meal was excellent, and so was the vibe! Bit pricey, but a really good place for a delicious supper!

We had a great time here! The bartender was awesome and talked to us about the wines and drinks. The food was good too!

The chips and salsa/queso was ok at best. We did arrive just before their "transition period". It took about 25 minutes to be served after being seated. We were asked for our drinks first and brought out drinks before they let us know there was said "transition period" and that food was not available, only appetizers. I had to go to the bar to pay, as our server never returned. We were served about about 3 different people. Music was nice to listen to. Just not a great experience overall.

This is a must stop if you’re in Roswell! With an emphasis on New Mexico wines, it was a treat to taste some of the delicious local flavor! Venue is quaint and cozy. Live jazz on Saturdays! Highly recommend!!
