Went here yesterday 5 in our party we ordered the lunch buffet the food was ok the service was TERRIBLE!! Took forever to get our drinks then even longer to get refills. For the majority of the time we were there. There wasn’t any of the staff even in sight. When my daughter went to pay the ticket they asked how it was, so she answered honestly. When we walked out they actually said please don’t come back. Then they attempted to pick a fight with me. Bad idea! Never again will that pizza hut get my money

We ordered four pizzas to enjoy during the superbowl. We ordered in plenty of time and the delivery was right on time and hot. Kudos to the driver. However there were some real issues with the pizzas and this is the second time I have had this issue. I always order the white garlic parmesean with beef and onion. Both time I got a pizza not fully cooked and so heavy with sauce and little beef and onion that the cheese just slides right off and that is all I could taste was the sauce. It was the same for my twin sisters supreme pizza. Not cooked enough and way too much sauce. My daughter pizza was a simple pepperoni and while it was cooked and didn't have too much sauce, it had an off taste that I have no clue what it was. And the pepperoni had zero flavor. My nefews pizza was fine for him and all he said was that it tasted like it was pizza hut.

Orderd a pizza and the lady working 10/18/2023 at 3:20pm is so rude. Asked for napkins and she gave me 3. I have 5 people with me. So I asked for a couple more napkins and she refused. Really how do you refuse a customer napkins when they have 3 kids under 5 with them.
The place was empty and I can tell why... Meager portions. Order two chicken alfredo's. Both portions can fit in a single pan. All for the low price of $16. Could not get ahold of the person that took my order because she couldn't pull her attention away from the male coworker

I entered the establishment with a ice tea and was told no out side drinks so I put my drink in the car. As I was ordering a employee was drinking a red bull. So I thought no outside drinks. I guess just for employees. I dink say anything because the were fixing my food.
