One thing I've noticed is that the music is pretty loud at all their locations, but that may be by design. My flat white was pretty weak, but everyone is pretty nice and the restrooms are clean.

Issue with preparation of my HOT Tea....they ran out of one of the ingredients....How can you sell various tea drink products and be out of ingredients....Like a Steak House running out of steaks....C'mon Man....!!!!!

Order placed at 10:02, pick up at 10:30. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Clean store & bathroom. Friendly people, just be prepared to wait. My latte wasn’t great either. Husbands mocha was as expected.

Drive thru was slow. Ordered ahead shouldn't have taken long. Everyone complained that their drink tasted off.
Good drinks but the DRIVE THRU is an issue. They moved the order kiosk further towards main street and now it's an even worse traffic jam than it was before. I do not recommend drive thru.

Try your order before leaving. I fail to do that. Coffee was water down. It was weak with hardly no taste. I ordered an hot Americano w/3 shots espresso and 2 pumps of vanilla, It should be a bit bitter not like a tea. Also ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and it had no coffee taste!
