We love Taco Bell, but when the lady in the Drive-Thru sits in the window for 5 minutes talking to her friend it's irritating. They never get your food right and the fries are always hard and cold.

Went there around 12:30 today. The lady at the window was extremely rude all because SHE made a mistake and had the wrong order. Slammed my change into my hand then pretty much threw the bag of food at me and slammed the window. All because SHE made a mistake and couldn't own up to it!

The whole time we tried to eat the manager just kept screaming loudly at the crew being soooooo annoying she couldn't shut up Taco Bell KFC Roswell someone please tell her to use her inside voice she is soooooo annoying all I can say

These ppl do not know how to read, do basic math, or function as ppl. They close the store at 10 instead of 11... at the Hobbs addy.. they won't give refunds or replace anything. They are paid to do jobs that aren't done even by the managers. The incompetence here is some of the worst I've saw across the US period.

My God! What happened to Taco Bell. Recently spent $22 for food that cost $6 3 years ago. Portions were SMALLER for almost 4x the price. This place has a built-in KFC. Fortunately for them there's not a lot of options in this town, so spending 40 bucks on chicken that used to cost $10 isn't so bad. But don't expect any decent service. Don't expect to get out of there quickly. This is pretty much last resort fast food. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am at Taco Bell... Used to be my favorite place to grab a snack (3x/week). I have literally eaten there one time in the past two years. It would be nice if somebody from Taco Bell would actually respond to any of their feedback about how horrible this place is. But a half dozen emails and calls to their customer service are pointless.
Went there tn driving through Roswell and my man at the window was on it! He was super friendly and was clearly doing multiple people’s job but still killing it. Plus our food is A+ as far as other Taco Bell’s go! Thanks for the great experience!

Time and time again I've asked for taco sauce to get home and find out there is none in the bag. Is it that hard to put the taco sauce in the bag? This place is a disappointment. They do the same thing when I ask for dipping sauce.
