I am lucky enough to live near here and have stumbled across this place. If you or anywhere near here ... This is the place to come for Tortas. These are absolutely the best Tortas that I have found anywhere in New Mexico. I'm not sure what's in their bread ... But it's amazing. I don't do this often but I can almost guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Do check their hours, they're mainly open for breakfast and lunch and not every day of the week. Totally recommended if you want to remember Mexico, excellent portion sizes, very quiet and pleasant place to eat comfortably, recommended for the trail breed, it reminds me of when I was passing through Cd Jimé

I come from Los Angeles where I am spoiled by good tacos, so keep that in mind when reading. Over the course of 2 days I tried the asada, pastor and Barbados tacos. Ranking best to worst I would go barbacoa, pastor and the asada. The barbacoa and pastor would get a 6/10. Asada, 5. Nice people.
