I want one myself. This location in Roswell is my favorite. I spend a lot of time traveling across the country, I have been to Whataburger #1 many times, Texas kids spend spring break at Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. I will eat at this Whataburger when ever i am in Roswell since there are none in Ruidoso. Yet :)

Nice staff and clean seats in the dining areas.Parking: Easy to park.
Always delish! Like everywhere else, though, prices are higher than before.Dietary restrictions: I have Crohn's so finding fast food that fits my diet is hard. There are salads and chicken options that fit into my menu.Parking: Easy handicapped parking and ample parking all around the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors aren't automatic,but I've been helped in by other patrons, as well as staff. Very friendly atmosphere.

Food is fresh but they had me wait 25 minutes in the drive through for my food. Employees were just hanging out instead of cooperating to get cars moving. Lots of cars stoped and left due to wait time. Management needs to get it together and help the team. Busy frequently visited location for it to provide this kind of experience.

The restaurant was clean at least but the food was mediocre and the employees spent more time gossiping and deciding who was going to go on break while our food sat on a tray until everyone behind us got their food and my husband had to say something. I could blame it on them being busy but that just wasn't the problem. Will never eat here again, which stinks because I like Whataburger.

I love whataburger. I love it. But this whataburger is more like wheres my burger. I've gone here 3 times through the drivethru and all those times, I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my plain whataburger meal. Why does it take so looong?? Never coming here again. They need to do better.

Missed the ranch for our Salad. Did not include a fork for the salad or the bun-less burger we ordered, added pickles to that burger when we asked for none and it was stated on the receipt not one but a whole heap of pickles. They also missed a large fry. We also asked for extra napkins got none and ketchup which we also didnt get. Was asked to pull forward behind 5 cars and waited a full hr for our food. The window was blocked for half of that and it still took an hr. The manager should be ashamed for allowing the cheating scheme of altering window times by asking cars to pull ahead. Absolutely the worst whataburger experience EVER!
