What a delightful find in Ruidoso, NM! We wanted something healthy and fresh and this cute cafe exceeded our expectations. The couple who opened Casitas a year ago are so kind and helpful. We ate there twice on our vacation. The southwestern burrito was so flavorful! All the pastries can be addicting especially the homemade pop tarts. Where can you get an acai bowl for $8?? I love this place! Coffee, food and smoothies are all great! I'm so happy I found this gem in Ruidoso. The fiesta bowl hit the spot for lunch. We also got smoothie bowls and a homemade pop tart that was amazing. The coffee was delicious.
