I love good chicken! ? the service is great very courteous, fast and they go out of their way to make your order right. If they don't have what you want they will substitute something else. The prices went up but that's the way of the world today... A pleasant kind employee can give a customer a good experience just with a smile , Little do they know that's what they did for me . Thank you KFC girl at the drive through ? made a difference in my day .

It was relatively cold inside. Service at the counter was good and polite. Food we ordered came out hot and promptly. However, I have not been to a KFC in a while (I am Kentucky born, have eaten at the original KFC in Corbin, all over the US and in Germany), the original recipe lacked flavor, the side portions have gotten much smaller and I just wasn't as much of a fan of the Mac n cheese as I used to be. Not sure if this is corporate, or local (betting corporation changes).

No one at this store can ever remember to put the sauce in the bag or even give it to you at the counter unless you remind them three or four times over. Also extremely inconsistent with what actually comes with the order. Ordered the same thing twice in the span of two weeks and got different things boths times, both without sauce. Wasn't like it was extremely busy or anything, I was literally the only one there.

Check your bag. They will literally put whatever they want in there and not what you ordered. Happens on every other visit. They will happily admit they do this when you return the food. She will say, oh the cook is forgetful. So, changing an order completely, is forgetful? Worst run kfc in America. No quality checks at all. Check your food. It will be wrong at least 50% of the time. Corporate is aware and they say they receive complaints all the time on this store.

Labor DayMonday - go in to order at counter. 6 people in the front talking and 4 working the back. Stay waiting for awhile longer - still no one asks to take my order so I finally ask. Then I guess the manager responds that it's s change in shifts and I need to wait. I said " it would be nice if someone could have said something to at least acknowledge the customer. Manager then rudely responded again that she was busy and wasn't able to say anything. (So why couldn't one of the other 5 people standing there say something?). Unfortunately I let it get the best of me and I said an expletive *#*^ and left. With customer service like that - I'm surprise they are still in business. I'll take my business elsewhere.
