I really enjoyed the lady that works in the afternoon, she is always so nice and the reason I put 5 stars for her customer service! The guy I think is a manager took my order and was very rude! While he made my order he was throwing the utensils and asked rudely what I wanted on my order. He might need a long vacation away from people! With his bad attitude! I feel sorry for the workers that have to deal with him everyday!

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online more than 5 times and NEVER GOTTEN WHAT I ORDERED. Every time they’ve messed up one or more items on my online order. Considering everything is printed out and on the receipt, it’s a complete lack of attention on the staffs part. I don’t recommend this one to anyone ever. Go to the subway on sudderth!

Would give less than one star if possible.. Owner refused my sons' coupon. Said, "Subway sends coupons out without HIS permission," and will not allow the use of coupons till the end summer. Just comes across as a money grab during tourist season that spits on locals. Will not be returning to either Ruidoso location.

I got the subway club. It was good. The bread was fresh and selection of vegetables was varied and fresh. The staff were pleasant. Thank you. It was my first visit to the area and this helped make it nice.Parking: Good parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I only noticed the handicap parking and ramp.
