I've only dined for breakfast but food is fresh & amazing, excellent service from everyone I've encountered. I absolutely love the patio and can't wait for the weather to make the patio my weekly go to for brunch. I've been 3 times since I found out about Santa Ana and that was just a week ago. See you tomorrow!! Ciao

Took nearly 90 minutes to get our food. Heaters in our section of the covered patio didn't work. Would've asked to be reseated inside but waiter didn't return for nearly 45 minutes. Drink order arrived wrong. Had to get up and track our waiter down to get our bill as he hadn't been back to our table since our food arrived. I've enjoyed previous experiences here and will return in hopes service improves a bit.

Had our office Holiday party here before going to Quezada's comedy club at Santa Ana. The place seems to only offer dinner as a last resort option for its hotel guests. The entire place on a Saturday at 6 PM had our table and two others. It was more like a library inside. The menu options were very limited and no one raved about their dinner choice. I wish that Prairie Star or Juniper Steakhouse had availability as they would have been much better than this place was.

Love the Tamaya resort it's beautiful there and the restaurant overlooks the pools and courtyard. The service was incredible. Water glass is constantly filled server checked in on this numerous times. The food was also great. We had the fundido appetizer. We were a little bummed they don't have the green chili strips any longer, but this was a good option. For lunch we had the blue cheeseburger and the pulled chicken enchiladas. Both were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed them. As far as price goes, I rated it medium because $18 for a hamburger and fries is a little pricey, but expected in a resort.

Lovely staff. Delicious food! Recommend the pork hash burrito. I chose the green chiles and would order this again! Generous helping. A great breakfast or lunch as they are open until 2pm.

Food was good but service was lack luster and slow. It was not busy and plenty of staff standing so we were surprised at the poor service. Was seated outside and we had to bus our own table because it wasn’t cleaned before hand and there were other tables cleaned so not sure why they sat us at a dirty one. They never took the stack of used napkins/plates that was there before us so we had to put them in a pile on the ground. There were tomato slices/food on the floor too that was never cleaned up. Server prettymuch just never came outside to provide drinks or complete requests. Bill was incorrect and he said he would fix it but he just didn’t come back. We gave up and just paid the incorrect bill and then server didn’t come back with our credit cards so we had go find our server to finally pay and leave. Was just really bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this cafe. I think the other restaurant is better and more attentive.

We at outside on a cool evening. But there is a lovely fireplace and overhead heating, and it is protected from the wind, so we were very comfortable. The food and service were excellent, and the food came in a timely manner. Overall, a very nice evening and I am sure we will return.

While our dinner at Santa Ana Cafe was terrific, we were disappointed there was no buffet last night, as we especially love that! Best of all about our evening though, was our time on the beautiful terrace before dinner having drinks. It is truly magical out there, with a completely majestic view of the mountains as a backdrop. Sooo relaxing.

First time dining here. Saturday evening prime rib buffet was outstanding. Normally not buffet people but the presentation was beautiful and price was hard to beat. We were not disappointed. Salad was super fresh. Desserts were outstanding. Great service and nice very reasonable selection of wine.

Pulling up to the Hyatt Regency Resort I couldn’t believe how massive the property was. Beautiful greens set against the Sandia Mountains. We were worried about not having a reservation, but it was no problem to get in. It appeared that most people got the $26 buffet, but the menu looked better. We were correct. Truly one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in my life. Wonderful roasted green chili sauce. We also shared the Banana Fosters French toast. After breakfast we walked the Bosque Trail which was perfect. This is my new favorite place in Abq.

Stayed at the Tamaya Resort and Spa. We ate at the Santa Ana Cafe at least three times in a 2-day stay. The food was absolutely amazing! Especially the Sunday breakfast brunch. It was to die for! The servers were wonderful, friendly, and very good. Service was great. We will definitely be returning to eat there again. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch today (August 21, 2023) at the Santa Ana Cafe in Tamaya Resort. It was AWESOME! Party of eight. (Well, 6 adults/2 children). We took my 98 year old mom for her birthday and ALL the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They brought the 4yr old a booster seat and were very attentive to my mom. The waiter was extremely efficient and helpful. The most important thing was the food was beautifully presented and delicious. It was hot and plenty of it. None of us were disappointed in the quality of the food. The Chef is to be commended! Of course we had to take some home and "doggie bags" were provided. AND the chef sent out a beautiful chocolate fudge dessert with fruit for my Mom's B-day. (free of charge). Finally, you absolutely cannot beat the Tamaya Hyatt Resort for the views and the ambience. It is a gorgeous and restful venue. I highly recommend it!

The food served to us was just primo! The seasonings and sauce on my Marinated Grilled Salmon were delicious, the vegetables were crisp, and our drinks were spot on; I had the Green Chile Margarita and my husband had the Longevity Chardonnay. My husband had the Special catch of the Day which were four big shrimp and a delicious beef steak on top of mashed potatoes and vegetables. He really loved it. Service was excellent! Veronica was on top of it! And very personable! That Green Chile Apple Pie w/Vanilla Ice Cream was superb! The patio dining offered comfort and natural scenery. We hope to frequent more often. In particular Veronica told us about their $20 buffet on Friday & Saturday evenings; the menu sounds delicious!

Flavors were really special. The corn chowder is the best I've had, even compared to the Shed's corn chowder. The Salmon was cooked perfectly and the sauce was outstanding! Sitting on their very cool patio provided just the right ambiance! We'll return often!
