Do these people working at Lotaburger on Guadalupe NOT read?I ordered two breakfast burritos and asked for them to be cut in half. They weren't. They included plastic knives. Was that a snarky message for us to cut our own or were they just being jerks? Sometimes we ask for them to but cut in half because we are eating on the road or not eating them at home and don't have utensils to cut them. But what really pisses me off is that they never follow directions when I order a sandwich for my kid. This is the second time they made her order wrong in a month. I asked for them to leave off the cheese, but they have added cheese.You cannot email the company to issue a complaint nor can you call anyone to tell them what happened. I couldn't go pick it up today. We all have COVID so I was being courteous by ordering delivery. I should have gone to the store to issue my complaint, but I didn't.

The food isn't great, the fries are dry, and I agree with the other commenters about the ridiculously terrible service. You are better off going to Burger King down the road. And I don't even like Burger King that much.
They got the order wrong but still charged me for the incorrect order. They need to go back to live people answering the phone
