I can’t believe we’ve been missing out on the best pizza in town! Today was our first time trying Bruno’s and the whole family fell in love. First we were greeted by the owner and cook and he was so genuine and nice. Loved hearing his stories about the good ol’ days. We ordered the full moon Doppio which is a ton of pepperoni and we added roasted red chile. This is authentic New Mexican red chile people and it’s hot! Loved every bite of it!! We’re used to always adding green chile to our pizza but never red and it was freaking delicious. ? we also ordered a Godfather with green chile and a Caesar salad. Everything was amazing! We’ll definitely be back for our pepperoni and red chile combo! So glad we finally stopped here and tried it out. Worth every penny.

Was reluctant to eat pizza from a food truck but, so glad I did. This has to be the best NY style pizza I have ever eaten (Ive had my share). The crust was crisp with no flop when folded. The sauce was flavorful and tasted like it was made in Italy. They were not stingy with the toppings either. The salad was simple but flavorful, especially the house dressing. I washed it down with the "prickly pear" drink (which I was told was a customer favorite). They have a few picnic tables that are enclosed within the walls (no shade though).Brunos got a 10/10 from me. I'll be back and will be bringing friends! I can not express how much this place brings back the childhood memories I had eating pizza with my grandma on sundays. It tastes just like the pizza joint right down the street from her house in Irvington NY. If I’m having a bad day it makes everything better and if I’m having a good day I stop by to put a cherry on top of it. It’s the closest I have found in New Mexico to the true Italian NY pizza! I go once a week to recapture the tradition of a true NY Italian transplanted out here in the Southwest. I can not wait for the club to open!!!! Mama Mia!

I went for lunch and had a giant NY style slice of pepperoni pizza which was excellent. I’d say it’s the closest thing in Santa Fe to NY, NJ, and Philly pizza. Probably the best pizza in town. I’m from the east coast and am very picky with pizza, definitely enjoyed it here and will come back to buy an entire pizza. Also, yes I was skeptical at first because pizza from a food truck is an odd concept. But this place is definitely professional and makes great food. Only reason I gave the food 4 stars is because it’s close to NY pizza, but isn’t really true NY pizza. With that being said, it’s probably the best in Santa Fe.
Had to try Bruno’s after reading such great reviews. Got a NY cheese slice and a 16” cheese pizza. They bumped our order up because I had a Dr’s appointment-very kind of them. Since we were in town from Taos, we were new to the protocol for ordering. Online is best. They were so accommodating, I promised to write a review and must say this is real deal NY style pizza and so delicious! I will be back time after time. Give these guys a try. You’ll be so happy you did! Thanks Bruno’s, you’re awesome.
