This place continues to create a very bad name for BWW. The service is always terrible, but today I waited for 20 minutes (11:18a until 11:38a) to be seated along with three other parties and never was acknowledged. I tried to call their phone number and no one answered. The bar tenders were visible but busy cleaning/mopping and extremely unhelpful and when I asked them if they were open and if the parties at the door would be seated, she told me to just wait and that they didn’t have a “to-go order person” today. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings store I have ever been to and an embarrassment to the brand.

We placed an online order with delivery. We ordered 2 salads and 20 wings. We waited 1 hour, did not get any of the wings and no dressing. We called the store and the response was “your delivery person did not pick up the order so if you want to come get your order you can” No apologies or trying to make the situation right. $105.00 for 2 salads and a $12 tip for the driver. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Stay away

Typical BWW. Food was standard of any other location. There was only one server for the whole side of the place that was open so service was a bit slow and he was very nice but very busy. Food came out quickly. TVs were up so loud we couldn't really hear each other from across the table.

I ordered 30 wings to go and waited 40 mins for the order to be ready. Yet all I got in the order to go with the wings were 3 little sause packs. Had to wait another 10 mins + get the manager for additional sauce packs. Don't come here if you have other options.

Fantastic service, hands down the BEST customer experience I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. Food was hot and delivered fast. Huge credit Bryan the Assistant General Manager for going above and beyond. Thank you Bryan!
We waited 30 mins to be seated with all of 2 people in the whole restaurant. We ended up leaving because the only waitress we saw just stared at us waiting. Will never return to this location again

The place was empty and it took soooo long for service or to get our food.Our fried pickles came out absolutely raw and by the time the refried ones were brought out it become an after-tizer because we had already finished our meal. We finished and still waited ten minutes for the appetizer. And they tried to charge us twice for requesting a new order of actually fried pickles and not raw ones.The boneless wings were lukewarm.Our waitress took forever. I swear she must’ve gone on a smoke break because she was nowhere to be found.We love BWW at other locations, I even use to work at one, and this is by far the worst location I’ve been to. The owner of the franchise needs to step in.

While traveling I wanted a place to catch a football game. BWW came through with a great bartender and large screens! The food was below my expectations with the chips and salsa tasting a little ketchup-like and the wings are pretty sweet and lacked spice even though they claim to be spicy. So really an average wing at best, maybe even a little below average.

Rude staff, absolutely poor service, disgusting bathrooms, chicken wrap had a thread in it. Bathrooms had fecal matter on walls and stalls. Urine all over the floors! Staff might be spitting in food and drinks. Incompetence at is finest! Do not eat here unless you want to get sick! Ramona is a terrible manager and did nothing to make it right. She smells and acted like she would rather be smoking her packs of cigarettes instead of managing her employees. Both Denise’s (older female and pink purple hair girl) need a new job. We were insulted multiple times during our visit and I don’t know why they could get our order right to save their lives. I couldn’t believe what happened to us tonight at BWW. Someone from corporate needs this call me ASAP!!! I would suggest burning this building down so they can build another restaurant at this location. Staff was terrible and food was disgusting! ? ??? You have an intense problem at this location!!!
