This is a nice spot at a prime location. The food is tasty. Good pastries! The service is a bit lacking. I feel like they forgot we were there, and it wasn't that busy.

Loved this great bakery for breakfast or a midday coffee break. Service was attentive and the food was great.

Food was great! Loved the ham& cheese sandwich w/ beschmel sauce. They were packed , so service was ok. Would definitely like to try some of their pastries!

They make animal pastries!! Perfect for sharing and parties. We ordered a bunch of dessert pastries to go with our coffee and they were delicious. St. Michel was my personal favorite.

Great spot for an early breakfast. Food was delicious and the baked goods are out of this world. Street parking and a parking garage at the end of the street

Tried to pop in at 4:30 to grab a pastry to go but the second we walked in all we heard is “we are closed!” When the signs says open til 5. Just a bit off putting. Gave 3 stars since I haven’t actually tried the food so can’t speak on the food. But first impression wasn’t good.

I really enjoyed the hot cocoa. Service was quick for us to order and go. We only sampled one pastry and one cookie. Both were French.

I can't speak to dining in but the counter service at the French Pastry Shop is absolutely abysmal. The two girls working the counter on Monday morning were not only more interested in chatting between themselves about their personal lives than providing anything resembling customer service. What service that was provided was rude and less than efficient.

What a darling place right off the plaza! We had chorizo crepes and their AMAZING opera cake. The sweetest wait staff and very cool interior with a huge old fireplace and hustle-bustle, right in the La Fonda.

Food was delicious, as others have said! Mostly came here to update that they DO take card now, there's just a minimum $5 purchase for paying with card (we almost didnt go because reviews said they only take cash, but luckily we popped in and checked). There's so many delicious things to try there, it would be hard to not spend at least $5.

Our waitress that delivered our drinks was very rude we weren’t ready when she came back with drinks so we asked for more time we waited 10 minutes and finally asked another waitress to let her know we were ready she passed us off to a wonderful waitress named Eugenia she was all smiles and very nice I really liked her she rocks thank you for making an almost bad thing good customer service is wonderful

I didn't think a crepe could be bad until I ate here. It wasn't even a crepe...the "filling" was just dumped on two pancakes and the edges folded over. And it tasted...bad. Shredded chicken in a nondescript sauce.
