Other than the fact the fire there employees unexpectedly with no warning there food sucks not enough condiments or anything and just stupid management learn to hire and fire properly people have sick days too just in general get new workers cause what they do to there employees out of a sudden isn't coolThey defineltly lost a good hard worker I'll yell ya that

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.Yesterday I ordered a #15 Tuna Sub and while eating, bit into a wire. I wish I was kidding. When I contacted the manager, there was no concern about whether I had been hurt. The managers response was "can you bring the sandwhich and the metal because I dont know how metal got in there, its literally 5 ingredients and I made that sandwhich myself." We wrapped up the call and I texted him pictures of the wire. I got a call back and he stated he knew where that wire fragment came from. Their onion cutter machine broke and they had rigged it with this dirty jagged wire. Luckily Im a slow eater and didnt break any teeth or pierce my mouth. Extra lucky my 3 year old was not eating this. Gabriel offered me a refund and a gift card but Im heading to Urgent Care for Xrays to make sure I didnt ingest any more broken wire.

They have their online delivery still on yet don't have a driver. Called and asked if I wanted to pick up my order when I clearly left instructions I'm waiting on a vehicle to be done getting serviced. Fingers crossed the order actually is canceled and my money refunded.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online and had to turn around and go all the way back to go get 1 of our missing sandwiches. Even if the food is decent, bad service will undoubtedly deter customers.

St Mikes location needs to get it together. I ordered 3 sandwiches online and when I got the order home, the order was wrong and the unwhiches were more paper than actual sandwich. I paid $28 bucks for a handful of lettuce for each "sandwich" and none of the extras I had ordered. I called corporate, no answer. When I finally got a representative on the phone the next day, best they could do was issue a gift card. They had the manager call me as well but because the way the system worked, he couldn't issue a refund, I shoulda called the store, immediately, yadda yadda yadda. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
