I LOVE their food! It's one of those things I find myself craving. This is a CASH ONLY food truck usually parked at 1742 Llano Street in a dirt lot. There is plenty of paved adjacent parking within a few feet of the order window, and it is large and wide enough for trucks and RVs.It generally takes about 10 minutes to prepare and pack the food.If you're not familiar, a Papusa is a traditional El Salvadoran dish consisting of a corn flour griddle cake typically filled with cheese, beans, and/or meat. This place sends you out with Curtido, which is a lightly fermented shredded cabbage usually mixed with onions and carrots in a spicy vinegary lime dressing kind of like Sauerkraut, but with a *much* milder flavor, and your choice of Salsa Roja (red sauce) either hot or mild sauce. My understanding is that these are a labor of love for someone to make one for you, and I have to believe it's true in this case because these Papusas are delicious. The best part though- somehow they are only THREE DOLLARS! And it will fill you up, it's a whole meal for most people.I think they need to charge more. Please leave them a tip.

I've had a lot of pupusas and these are special. Theyre huge, verrrry full of stuffing, and insanely cheap. Honestly, they should raise the prices a bit. $2 is just crazy low. Best pickled salad and salsa I've ever had with my pupusas too.

The pupusas are addictive, affordable and authentic wheat free treasures! These are delightfully light yet full of flavor. It's a family owned Food Truck that rocks your taste Buds while leaving you with change from a 20 for a huge meal for 2 people! One pupusa covers the inside of a 10 inch plate and you have many choices to combine.I love the bean and the cheese/green chili. They also have an excellent spinach and cheese, while my husband loves the revuelta (pork). They have a good mushroom and cheese as well. They are very Covid-19 conscious which gives them a 6th star in my book! Don't forget to leave a good tip and wear a mask because Santa Fe Cares!????????????????

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it! My wife found this truck on our way out of Santa Fe to fly out of Albuquerque. I'm a little less familiar with this type of food but my wife says that this is the best she's ever had. I'm not sure of the names of some of the food that we ordered without referring to the menu, but my wife specifically mentioned how large the portions were compared to everywhere else she's ever had El Salvadorian food. The slaw (name?) was super awesome; vinegar punch, and the salsa was spicy yet very flavorful and obviously home made. All I can say if you are around the are; "find them"

Just stopped by and ordered six papusas, three cheese and three cheese and green chili .. I have to say, they were the best tasting and their hot sauce was fabulous along with their cabbage salad.....will definitely be back more often.
