Hawt Pizza Chimayo in Santa Fe is a great place to eat! Their pizzas are better than any others I have tried in Albuquerque. Great gluten free and vegetarian pizza options. Nice selection of fresh salads as well. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. You won’t be disappointed.Robert Marchand

We had read about this restaurant in several Santa Fe publications and decided to go try their pizza which turned out to be really good. The night we were there it was not crowded and by chance there was a Mexican band playing in the dining room just for fun. They were great and the atmosphere was terrific. Pizza was crisp with just the right amount of cheeses. Highly recommended.

Great bar tender in a small intimate bar just off the plaza. Locals and tourists alike show up here. Then take home a “Hawt” pizza from the wood oven - darn good thin crust pizza. Many times an old low rider is parked in front or an interesting motor cycle.

Love love love this gem of a bar! The cocktails are generous and tasty. Granted it might not be the place if you’re in the mood for a “craft cocktail” (go next door to Anasazi bar - excellent!) but the classic cocktails are well-made by the amazing bartenders. And the pizza. Oh. My. Goodness. Every single one we’ve tried is delicious. The arugula salad is solid as well.Cozy bar. Great people. Nice patio if you want outdoors - sometimes we sit in the comfy outdoor chairs along the front of the hotel. Good spot to watch the never-ending parade of people visiting the plaza.

Way too under staffed! Poor things weren't prepared for the events and the people downtown. Took about an hour for 2 drinks.

Would love to grade the food, service, and atmosphere but I can’t. They closed an hour before they were supposed to on a Friday night…

Margherita pizza + Chimayoso margaritaCrazy good pizza and terrific ambience! The margarita is a spicy spin (not sweet) and a great way to taste a bit of New Mexico.Great patio!

One server makes things slow. Sometimes(unusual) but people are lined out the door- see photo. The pizza is a much better selling point. 1-10 a sure 8. Thin crust a little mushy in the middle.

This pizza was divine, but my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. So 1 out of 5 for me.

Really good, thin crust pizza and a super friendly staff. We stayed longer than we thought we would because it was so fun to bet there.

I visited Low and Slow a couple of times in the last few weeks. Creative drinks at the bar, friendly service, and outstanding pizza were had. I can't say enough about the pizza. I think of it as artisan pizza along the lines of Tender Fire, with more choices and a lower price point. If you are looking for a feel of Chimayo without making the trip north, this place is for you. My only gripe is that I tried to stop by for a third visit last week, but this popular little bar was standing room only. Hopefully, this review doesn't add to that problem, but it's a great problem to have, que no?

Small bar with great ambiance and awesome staff. Delicious cocktails. I loved the Apricity, but pizza was the best. Pet friendly bar.
