Went there for dinner. This is a very little restaurant in the middle of a commercial street in Santa Fe and yet, it has a fantastic cozy atmosphere. Service was great and the food delicious. As you can see from the menu, aside from their appetizers, the main dishes are all different variations of ramen. And that is also what makes them so tasty, since that is their specialty. Ramen in Santa Fe, NM?? Ya' betcha'!!Mampuku is located in a non-descrip area at 1965 Cerillos Road. And I'm not sure we would have known about this place except for the fortunate visit with local friends. Mampuku Ramen is a regular stop for these friends and I totally understand.
