This place has been closed for months. Since the pandemic the owners went back to Mexico.

I just came here for the flan. The flan was rich, delicious and homemade. I ordered takeout. They were a little slow given that all I wanted was flan but the server was still friendly. Looked like a nice place to dine in.

Food was delicious: some of the best Mexican food I've had in New Mexico. Service was quick and we had decent options available. Each of us got something different, and each of us liked it.

Wow, what a great experience. We came to sample the chile and were more than pleased. The breakfast burrito is a must get as were the chicken enchiladas. We were treated to a sample of the green chile stew and were totally blown away. As a local I truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back.

I was so hungry after my trip into Santa Fe- I kind of missed lunch so was excited to get checked into my hotel and grab a bit to eat. I was happy they had a closer location to my hotel and was walkable. Since I was there during off hours around 2/3pm, it was mostly empty save for one family. I was seated right away- it's quiet inside, no music, just a simple place- no frills. I ordered their beef enchiladas since I heard that's what they are known for. It came with rice, pozole and beans. I asked my server if she preferred the chicken or beef and she recommended the beef since it came with the spicier sauce plus I usually always order chicken so this was a little different. The food came out fairly quickly (thank god) and was nice and hot (just the way I like it). I loved the pozole, I don't usually get that in LA so it was a treat. My enchilada was nice and spicy and my nose was running because it was so good! I pretty much ate most of my place save for the salad on the side (no thanks!) and some beans. Their bathroom was clean too (always a plus). All in all a great quick meal and intro to New Mexico cuisine. I would definitely go back again if I'm in Santa Fe, hopefully when it's warmer so I can sit outside.

One of the best Chile rellenos I’ve ever had.

Good affordable food for Santa Fe. Breakfast all day. Great service!

Food and prices were both fine. Service seemed a bit slow for such simple meals, and they were not busy.

I enjoyed our time at Palacio Cafe! Walking into the restaurant from the shopping area is quite delightful! You can window shop before stepping into the world of wonderful cuisine! Gorgeous pieces of art adorn the walls so you definitely have something to look at while being seated at your table. They also have an outdoor patio overlooking alameda & Don Gasper. If you are a people watcher this is a perfect seating choice. You can watch the world travelers as you enjoy a plate smothered in their brilliant red or green chile ... or have it christmas style!

Small cozy place with nice menu. Both for breakfast or lunch. I had the chicken bean burrito which was huge and really tasty. My husband got the meat omelette which he liked. Sandwiches looked good too and salads. Good service. Would recommend.

We ate here twice and enjoyed our soups both time. It was convenient to our hotel (Inn of the Governors) and we found the price excellent.

Ordered the smothered bacon egg and cheese burrito and it was all I had hoped it would be. Will definitely go back for another! Very friendly service and clean restaurant.
