I simply didn't want wedding cake at my wedding. I wanted flan and tres leches. I had no idea how hard it would be to find someone to make large quantities (enough for 85 people) in Taos. So, I had to look to Santa Fe... Pan de Vida agreed to make my cakes. With no time to even try it myself, I just hoped that they would be at least ok. They were amazing. My mom described the tres leches as eating a cloud. The flan was smooth throughout. Highly recommend! I hope to visit in person one day.

If you are in Santa Fe and need a last minute cake ( it was my nietas 13th) this is where you want to go and spend your hard earned money!! They’ll treat you like Familia!!
