Didn't have the quiche I went there for. Happens all too oftenThen its too late to serve eggs.Seriously? Why?Panera always has inventory issues. They just don't care.Bad inventory planning across the whole chain.

Teriyaki bowls, $15 each and barely filled. Mediterranean bowl $13 also barely filled. Taste is okay, smallest portions Ive ever had from Panera.

This place has gone down hill. I went and got soup and a chicken salad, chicken is frozen still. Asked for chips all I get is a hard piece of bread. My soup was clumpy. They need to lower prices if they’re going to serve trash food.

Had self-serve and the place was clean and tidy and the coffee was hot. I'm a sip club member and just had coffee.

Hands down one be of the worst places for food I’ve ever been to. Don’t know where to start on what went wrong . Got horrible service , a piece of bread that was as hard as a crouton, soup that was setting up like cement . Thought it was a bad night and gave it another shot and same horrible experience. By far the food is the worst part and f the experience

I took my grandchildren to eat there yesterday, there were six of us and a huge portion of the place was blocked off for “catering”. We didn’t notice until after we ordered our food and had a very difficult time finding a place to sit altogether. The chicken sandwich had very little filling in it and the soups we ordered were cold. I feel like I spent $84.00 for a meal that was below par in many aspects. Will not be back again and will ,spread the word !

This Panera location has come a long way. We’ve been eating here for many years. The food and service were just barely passable a few years ago. But now this location is consistently great! It’s probably one of the best Panera locations we’ve ever gone to across the US.

I had lunch at this Panera location on January 9th. The dining area was very messy with uncleared tables, a huge pile of dishes and trash on top of the trash/dishes collector in the dining area, the trash bin was overflowing, trash all over the dining area under tables and chairs. No one was using the broom and dustpan to clean anything up. It was very unappealing to the diners. I had cheddar broccoli soup which was very watered down and thin and my sandwich barely had any filling in it. The only part of this lunch that I enjoyed was the iced passion fruit green tea. I will not return to this location again because the last two times I ate there were bad experiences.

Ordered a sandwich- lots of thick bread with little inside. My last one 6 months ago was the same. Order a salad but skip the sandwiches.

Wow. I was so excited to join the sip club, and couldn’t wait to visit this Santa Fe location, as Panera bread is one of my favorites in all of my travels… the tea AND lemonade … 2 out of 3 choices other than soda, were rancid. They literally tasted fermented. I heard some other people saying it tasted funny, so I went to the front, and the cashier that had served me was very friendly, and said she would have it changed out. Then I went back up to pour it out, and get something else, and the person changing the containers out was very rude, like I had just inconvenienced her, even though this is where they chose to work, and what their job entails. 2 stars is because of the nice cashier, otherwise the staff is rude, and obviously doesn’t like to be bothered to do their job. I still have the awful taste in my mouth. Thanks a lot, Panera, Santa Fe.You made me feel like a pain just for wanting to drink tea and lemonade.

Every time I go the food is always amazing, the teriyaki bowl is always fresh and the broccoli doesn't taste like wet soggy socks. The soup is amazing and it's very spacey and clean. The pastries taste good and live up to the brand.I highly recommend the teriyaki and broccoli bowl along with the cheese an broccolis soup, it was AMAZING!

Panera is grossly overpriced for the meager servings. The food is edible but poor quality and nothing like the pictures or ads. Not recommended.

Ordered two soups. Broccoli cheddar and chicken and wild rice. Both the soups were watery. Not the usual consistency. The price is high and now they are adding water to the soup. Please don’t give substandard products to customers. Not at this price.
