This business snubs their noses at vegans. We were at the annual Sweetheart Auction by the Cancer Foundation for New Mexico last night. With 1,000 people in attendance, there was only one dish that was vegan - only one - a cold salad of beans and other ingredients. Seriously?! This is for the Cancer Foundation, which one would think promotes healthy eating. There was red meat, cheese, and what looked like fried dishes - not conducive to cancer preventative consumption. We've been to other functions by this business that has zero plant-based dishes. Not even a carrot stick. We've had to leave functions to grab dinner out. Of course we will continue to support the Cancer Foundation, but will not attend any future events put on by this business.

Very difficult to get a hold of, bordering on unresponsive. Stuck up and quite presumptive. Not willing to work with me even within their parameters. Obviously they don't want my business. No thank you.
