I got the medium original deluxe. It has been a while since I had a Schlotzsky's sandwich so I was a bit shocked at the $12 price, but I got two good meals out of it. Still a very tasty sandwich. Wife had the chicken avocado Flatbread and also got two tasty meals out of it, but another $12 for that. Medium size hard cookies at 2.50 was a miss for me.

First of all pulled up the guy and girl making the food are outside buying stolen property from homeless guy then the guy worker goes in thru the back door and quickly makes my sandwich .I'm furious worried about cleanliness and hand washing bug ged it didn't seem he followed protocol therefore I refused to eat this contaminated sanwich.Cerrillos Rd. Santa fe nm gross.Really going down hill .Health inspectors need to visit them

Your company is ridiculous.First of all, I can't even purchase a gift card at your restaurant. So I purchased an egiftcard and received a $5.00 rewards. Then I can't even use the rewards at the restaurant. I had the code, the guy told me that I need to install the app, and create an account first. What the hell!!!!!! We were in line, I have to do all that, while other customers were waiting for me to create an acct.!!! Come on.

Not only did they forgot my salad in my order but when I went back they gave me a nasty salad all rotten. I ordered today 12.19.23 @ 9pm. Not very welcoming service. $53.00 for bad food and service.

First time going and only used drive thru. Service was very fast and the sandwich was hot and great tasting. Prices seem steep at 16 dollars for med sandwich, drink and chips. Has plenty of parking.
