The food is okay. The staff is friendly except for the older guy who is usually working the drive-thru. He rarely speaks. On the intercom, you are greeted with a mumbled word that is unrecognizable. He's clearly pushing the mic button for 1/2 a second. He gives you the food, without a greeting, no smile, and then no thank you, just shuts the drive thru window. They seem to keep most of the litter out of the parking lot. But, all of the screens and exterior of the building need a good cleaning. It's just ICK. That's my honest review.

Most positive reviews are years old. The guy who runs it is super rude, unwilling to be helpful and just overall difficult. He made a mistake and got us the wrong drink. We corrected him and his response was "it's what's on the check." ... he entered it wrong, so it's our fault/problem? We had to make another purchase instead of the guy just giving us the correct drink. This sonic is not worth the effort. Go to another one further down Cerrillos. Also, the area has a lot of homeless who hang out nearby. Makes it hard to relax while hanging out waiting for the cold food you overpaid for.

Rude staff. Took over 30 min to make a shake and burger and when I recoved it the shake was melted and warm and the burger was cold.

Well the guy that brought us our stuff had a realy poor attitude and his people skills down right sucked and he seemed realy ungrateful with a piss pore attitude nothings changed still horrible costomers

I walked over from the Doubletree , now I understand this “meth alley” but I’m a clean shaven respectable guy. These folks tried not to serve me. Finally after pushing the button about 5 time as they ignored it the previous 4 I finally got someone to take my offer. Before my order comes two street folk approached me from both sides. I had to create space between me and them. I get my order, its cold, and I asked for no cheese it read no cheese on the board, but there was cheese. This place is unpleasant, if you feel like you have to go then go, but I’s recommend trying one of the surrounding chains.

Sonic is sonic, but this location is super slow. The food arrives long after the screen says the food is delivered. Location is the only convenience. The other two locations are much better.

Love this place for a quick bite and the prices are reasonable ?.
Made a visit to order an all-time favorite, the toaster sandwich ? but never again! Eeew it was extra extra salty and barely any egg and both my sausage and bread were burnt and gross. My cup was filled to the rim with ice and tasted like chemicals, blah! Sonic you will be missed, I will refrain from spending my hard earned money for yuck ooooh and I waited 15 minutes for cold tots cause they forgot them.
