We brought our family here to eat because we heard it was good. Oh my goodness.. from the greeting at the front door until we finished.. this dining experience was the best! The food was delicious, fresh and the presentation was gorgeous! The server was friendly, attentive and didn’t make one mistake despite several specific requests. She was on point at every single interval. I’m so glad we chose this cafe!
Best sopapillas, even for dessert. I'd go back just for dessert. But will definitely be back, one of my go to's now.

I put 4. We ordered shrimp, mixed plate and salad. The shrimp are delicious. The salad is not very good. The plateau mix is also not very good, maybe Mexican cuisine is not for me, but before that I ate at The Gorge Bar and Grill in Taos and it was very tasty.

Fantastic little hole in the wall! We initially overshot the entrance and had to turn around, but so so worth it! The woman who sat us was very friendly and gave good recommendations and explanations, and made sure we were well taken care of. And the food!! I went with three others and ended up trying everything: the stuffed sopraipilla was excellent, I had a platos mixtos, and Chile rellenos was great, it tasted like fresh home cooked food but better. We split the cinnamon sopaipilla for dessert and would highly recommend, the pastries were warm and fresh and a perfect finish.

We had an amazing experience. I had a stuffed sopaipilla and my husband had the combination plate. He's not easy to impress and he loved the food and wants to come back. Our server was so sweet and took such good care of us..
The food was realy good I had the steak and it was realy delicious and my wife had the fajitas food was great and atmosphere was realy peacefull we enjoyed

Another great hole in the wall Yelp find! Great New Mexican restaurant. I went for brunch on a Sunday. It was not busy at all. It would be if people new how dang good this food is!I got the chorizo breakfast sopaipilla. It was packed full of potatoes, eggs and chorizo. I got it topped with Red and Green Chilis. It was so dang good! The red sauce was spicy! But good. The service was excellent. I would come back.

The "on the house Sopaipillas" were huge...and good! We didn't get them until after we ordered, with our meal...(smart, lol) Burrito's were very good w/lots of flavor. Tried the red sauce (holy cow that's Hot, hot, hot!) and the Chile (green) was delicious and quite warm also. But not as hot as red, so beware!I believe it's there recipes. The Raspberry Tea was so good. We were there late....last customer. The waitresses were super nice. We rushed even though they told us to take our time. We thought they closed at 9pm, but they closed at 8pm that night. Try them!Parking: The parking lot is shared with the adjoining Motel.
