Always stop by to get my grande coffee,drive thru, leave on the highway and my coffee is cold,and I mean cold not even luck warm hot,what the hell dont they know if there coffee is cold,what's going on with the help poor training msnagement,oncalled for,they owe me a hot coffee
Rolled in about 7am with my gift card. One woman was working, and she was doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. She got everyone served in a timely manner. I got an Impossible breakfast sandwich, which was good despite being prefab. 5 bucks is a lot for it, I thought, but it was good. The quality of this location has declined. Lately, they keep getting my order wrong or charging me for someone else's order. I'd suggest going to any other Starbucks in Santa Fe.
