Out of frustration, I plan on stopping further trips to Starbucks. Hadn't been there for a while and then walked into a totally lame new setup. No more cozy Coffee Nooks. Boycotting this establishment in protest. Apparently, this is the trend across the country.

So deceiving. Website says has dine in available. We were pulling a long trailer and could not make the drive up turn so I tried to go in to order. They had doors locked and refused to let me in. Never been treated like this at a Starbucks before! Very disappointing. Nothing posted to indicate why you couldn’t come in.

Went to this Starbucks to get my son a cake pop before his game. The cashier asked me if I could leave a tip and pointed to the options so I felt pressures not sure how hard it is to put it in a bag but with no line behind me he could have atleast got it for me. It took them so long all of them were just chit chatting taking their time the people in front of me had the wrong order, I was going to be late for the game so had to leave without it so paid 5.50 for nothing hope thay guy enjoys his free cake pop and tip.
Hands down best Starbucks in town it’s a bit out of my way but always worth the drive! Not only is there coffee made to perfection but there customer services is superb they always make me feel very welcomed not all rude like other places in the morning like hey I gotta wake up too but you don’t see me grouchy! Maybe they should get all there training from these gales over here they know there coffee and they know customer service!

I will never get a drink from this Starbucks again! It was a disappointment! I Waited 25 minutes for my drink that was in the making and only took about 5 minutes being the only customer who just placed an order! None of the 3 workers told me my drink was ready! All they were doing was sitting around chatting and laughing. I had to get up from where I was sitting and ask if my drink was ready. Than I explained to them that it was helpful if they would've let me know my drink was already finished!What a disappointment in customer service experience ? SMH also they didn't have much of the ingredients for my drink ?
