The poorest customer service I ever had if that’s what customer service is and a cockroach was brought home and my son sandwich and he ate most of the sandwich when I called back, they wouldn’t give me their name they wouldn’t give me the managers name so I am reporting them to the health department I would not suggest eating there. They were rude. He hung up on me when I called back to let him know that they wouldn’t even report him to the health department and he refused to give me his name or the manager owners name, therefore do not eat at Subway unless you like cockroaches in your food And I’m sure the health department will be inspecting them very promptly

Subway has always been an American icon delivering cold cut sandwiches and also delicious Philly steaks. Churros, and pretzels inspired by cinnabon are also available. Good people and easy access to the charging stations. thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

Got a Meatball sandwich ( The Boss ) and was charged for extra cheese. Meatballs were cold. Had sandwich re-heated and all the cheese was stuck to the paper and bread was burnt and hard. What a waste of money.

What happened? Used to eat at Subway often. AC down. One employee trying to handle noon rush. Poor selection of chips. Out of cookies. Food not fresh. No thank you

This Subway has gone downhill. Something is seriously wrong with quality control. The veggie case was disgusting. The spinach had those grungy dead leaves sticking to still-green leaves; the bell peppers under a camouflage top layer were previously frozen and limp; the pickles were dried out and discolored. All these made it onto my BMT sandwich, which also had one-fewer slice of each assorted meat than it used to have. Plus - they've upped the price and don't accept Subway's coupons. The Walmart on Cerrillos or the one by TJ's is a better bet.

Dirty spot run by stoned teenagers. Placed an online order and it was made incorrectly. When contacting the store for assistance the kids at the store couldn’t do anything without manager approval. Manager was called and put on speaker only for her to tell the employee that I was trying to scam them.

Used to be my go to place. No more. Ran out of bowls so gave me a lid. Didn’t cut up meats for my salad. Out of iced tea. Told me at counter that the ice machine was out how about a bottled drink. On the plus the new interior design looked nice

Sandwich is okay. It's a Subway. However, each time I go in there is no ice for the drinks, and today, no iced tea. Customer service is the worst. I was the only person in the store. The girl behind the counter greeted me with "The line starts down there." There was no line. No pleasantries, no thank you. Serious case of RBF.
