Haven't been to a Subway in years. I had a great experience at this one. They built a huge sandwich all fresh ingredients and the young lady at the counter was warm and friendly. I'll be back!
Went for a curbside order today, the guy who came out of the store apologized as I rolled down my window and I was confused. He was 2-3 mins passed the estimated completed time and I wasn't mad but he explained a customer was upset with him and he thought I heard it in the store. I hadn't but felt awful cuz my cookies and chips were not in my order I walked back in to find he appeared to be the only one working at that time with two other customers in line. I placed in online order for pick up. I didn’t receive my drink or chips. I was not able to eat my sub without a plate and a fork. It was completely messy. I don’t mind a little extra but this was too much. I had to take half of the olives, and jalapeños out and try and scrape the mayo out.
