We found this awesome little delight looking for "gluten free" between Pecos National Park and Santa Fe. A perfect stop for my birthday lunch! I had one each Carne, Pollo & Belly... Each was delicious in its own special way. Happy 55 to me! We will definitely be looking for both of you Floyds when we return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free YaY!!!

Carne tacos were incredible. Very tasty and homemade. The beef was well seasoned and tacos well prepared. Gluten free and vegan options also available! The owner heard we were on vacation and brought a sample of the sweet potato tots with peach ketchup and they were delicious! Definitely worth a stop in Eldorado for this little gem of a place!

This place is SOOO good! Food is delicious and high quality. Bonus, they had plenty of gluten free and dairy free options. I ordered the beer braised beef tacos which are braised in gluten free beer, and the gluten free sweet potato tots, heaven. My husband got a biscuit breakfast sandwich. He said it was incredible. So grateful these guys exist, can’t wait to go back!

We are visiting from Australia and drove out to el dorado specifically for this food truck. We left completely satisfied and stoked with the experience! One of our best meals of the whole trip.Highly recommend the AM burrito with chorizo, sweet potato tots and homemade peach ketchup. We also had the taco trio which was excellent.The owner is super friendly and the prices are great! Please make this part of your favourite places to eat near Santa Fe!
