One of the best food experiences I've had in a long time. I happened upon this location for breakfast and was so pleased with the omelette (fresh, high quality ingredients and great flavors). The ordering process is great too, up front. I came back for lunch the next day and the chilaquiles were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place!

Fast casual, but authentic and very delicious food. After crazy waits at a lot of places we decided to try it out and are very glad we did. I had the chili rellenos and they were spicy and crispy, so good. This was the best rice and beans I’ve had in Santa Fe. Maybe the best I’ve had in a restaurant. We also had the chicken mole. It was tasty, a little sweet. The chips were great, more coarse which I like. The salsa could be spicier. The service was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!Kid-friendliness: We don’t have young kids, but it would be a good place as they were fast and it’s a relaxed atmosphere.

While some restaurants in the area had a 90 minute to 3-hour wait, we were immediately welcomed at Tres Colores and had a blast! Food was delicious, everyone on staff was very friendly, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!Parking: Street parking.

OMG delicious! The Tamale plates with green Chile and chicken was delicious. The green Chile had a smoky undertone.
I have always loved this place. I met a friend for lunch. It was her first time. We got there at noon and both ordered full lunches with something to drink. At 1:10 we were abruptly approached and told that we had to leave immediately to make way for another party. With no conversation! We were just told to leave. I hate writing this review but we were both really turned off and offended.

Recommended by a local, this place is in one word: Amazing! My wife had the tacos, I had a burrito and we shared a plate of nachos. If you are near the New Mexico History Museum it's just a short walk. Please give them a try, so worth it

Just wanted a delicious, no-frills meal. Barbacoa Burrito and a cold beer. Fresh. Delicious. Really reasonable price. And everybody working there made me feel like I was their best pal ever. Absolutely great.
