Great place for lunch.We sat at the bar, looking out the window to the mountains in the background.You order at the cashier and it's open seating. The salads are great. The pizza is perfect. Had a very enjoyable lunch. The staff was very attentive. I usually prefer and take advantage of the drive thru pick up.

IVE HAD MULTIPLE HAIRS IN MY PIZZA ITS BEEN 3 TIMES IVE FOUND HAIRY FOOD IN MY CRUST OF MY PIZZA AND PROBABLY MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM IN THE LAST YEAR IVE GOTTEN 3 pizzas with hairs in them first time they gave me my refund back 2nd time try too it again guess what i got a hair in my food 3rd time wasnt me was me dad and i told him…. We WORK FOR CONSTRUCTION AND WE WORK IN ELDORADO PROBABLY 5 times in the year would rather the 5$ pizza from the gas station across the street then upper crust @ eldorado hairy pizza if you don’t notice the hair take a good look at ur pizza /food you eat from there wouldn’t recommend lazy people who dont wear hair nets and dont do their job right last summer he said I couldn’t get a beer on my own lunch break cus ig he thought my id was fake or something he said i could get the beer the first time then he doubled chelced my id and makes an excuse but other people had beers I COULD SEE WHY THE RESTAURANT SHUTS DOWN AND SAYS”””we are under remodel”””””” remodel what im a construction worker and the store been the same since last year NEXT TIME ILL SHOW YOU A PICTURE ILL ADD A PHOTO HERE SOON

Employees ignored me when I walked in and rang the bell, then there was a “KAREN” who was just disgusting believing that she could speak with a tone and what she said was gospel…I just left not to return to a white, Gringo store.

Fresh smoked salmon?! Not fresh and not salmon. Definitely canned with smoked extract. Also, if it is even salmon, it tastes suspiciously like canned tuna. Marked up price for false ingredients. They should not be in business for conning people on false products.

The Eldorado location has come a long way. I think it's now on the same level as the Santa Fe location, which is great. Just tried the Italian Calzone. It was wonderful. I think it is my favorite item so far. Lots of juicy meat packed in very tasty crust. Will definitely get again. It was also cheaper than a small pizza and included a side salad. Very good value.

At the drive through window, we were required to pay a 15% gratuity for our order over $100. The gratuity was $20. They did warn us of this practice in advance. Our food wasn’t ready on time and I was asked to drive around the parking lot 3 times while we waited for our order and they served other guests (20 minutes). Frustrated… I got home to find out they had not completed our order. I thought gratuities were paid for great service…. Are you kidding me?
