This place is a really good place if you wanted to get cold fries when i was in there trying to eat a burgeer some bum started banging on the glass trying to get in and when i left he came to my window and started begging! Then thees tables are more crusty than my foot! Horribe!Fries were cold too than the weather outside.

Avoid this Wendy’s. My family usually likes Wendy’s but our experience last night was ridiculous. If you spend $55 dollars to feed your family it’s odd when the food is ready just as we finished getting our drinks. The burgers were cold and dry, fries were cold.This food did not meet our or Wendy’s expectations. I understand not wanting to throw out old food but please don’t sell it for $55 dollars. The manager was also rude to the customers and employees.

This place has bad awful customer service. Me and my husband went to order thru the drive thru alittle bit before they closed and the lady started taking our order and then just disappeared and didn't say nothing at all. We sat their for a min saying "hello" like what happened are you there? Finally we just pulled up to the window and they left us waiting their to so we had to honk our horn. Finally an older Mexican guy came to the window and didn't even open it all the way just enough to tell us that they were closed. I mean the lady started taking our order and she could have told us something but no instead just leaves us waiting anddisappears. Thats horrible to do that to your customers, thats awful service. It makes me not even wanting to ever go back there. Their rude workers and have BAD CUSTOMERSERVICE!!!!!.

The manager was very rude while I was ordering through drive thru he was trying to make me hurry and saying bad remarks. When I was at the window he wouldn't look me in the eye and was being awful towards my family and myself. Never will I take my family here again. Oh the food wasn't even what we ordered and wasn't good at all the burger were old and only a patty on each of the 4.

Ordered door dash, the order came out completely wrong, bot the dashers fault. When we called Wendy's, they put the phone off the hook and walked away. I was gonna let it go until I was disrespected by them like this, so guess who is gonna se me tomorrow to explain this, we have been trying to call back after we have hung up an hour ago and they still have the phone off the hook.

The salad was good, but I asked for extra dressing and didn't get it. Also, my baked potato was cold and dry. I did not have time to drive back to the store and ask for the staff to correct my order, but I really shouldn't have to. It's too bad that fast food is so expensive, yet you get poor quality food and service.

It was a weird night with this threat of a storm and it not really happening I think it diminished the business tonight they were ready to serve plenty of food and there was no line at dinner time. Thank you for those great burgers :-)
I've gone several times after work and have gotten the wrong order thru the drive thru, I've had to go inside and buy the correct items because instead of getting adult meals I get kids meals... Not sure how that happens almost every time but I've started not going anymore and just going to get the 4.99$ burrito from Albertsons - it's cold but it's what I picked so ...

I went here late last night around 10:15 pm or so and I was trying to order the guy running the window was very stand offish and rude as anything, and my food came out lukewarm, the fries were old, and I got stomach problems the next morning after eating there, needless to say I wouldn't feed this food to my dog, I tried and she wouldn't even eat the fries, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We got our food super fast and the customer service was amazing however when we looked in the bag after we left there was a sandwich missing we were charged for and one of the burgers was the wrong order. So you will get amazing customer service from this location which is right across from Meow Wolf and I recommend grabbing some quick food from there because its fast, hot and fresh. Just double check your order on your way out. Also the bathroom has a code so make sure you ask for it if you need a bathroom break.
