Prime Rib was not cooked correctly. My medium rare was like rubber. Cooked too fast. My " Twice baked potato was a potato skin with running mashed potatoes stuffed in it. Definitely not baked Twice. Server Anthony was only excellent commodity in the whole restaurant. I won't be back unless they fire the "cook" and hire a Chef.

The best steak we have eaten in El Paso. The prices were very reasonable also. Absolutely the best service we have received in any restaurant in El Paso. Very attentive waiters but not bothersome, they were very professional and nice. The decor is outdated but very comfortable. The restaurant remained very pleasant in regard to pace and noise level the entire time we were there and that is a huge plus when dining to enjoy. If anyone has ever been to other steakhouses in and near El Paso, you know what I mean when I say you feel as though you are eating and leaving and unable to relax. At this restaurant, you are dining and relaxing and not being rushed out. What a joy. The owner Mr. Crews himself was present and actively visiting tables to ensure great service. He was so kind and conversed with my husband and I for a bit. What a nice place to unwind and enjoy the great steaks! We will definitely be back.

The 14oz New York steak cooked medium rare was delicious. The chorizo potatoes were a great pairing with the steak. The waiters were very friendly. I enjoyed the whole experience. I need to go back soon.?

Hardly a “fine dining” experience. The place is run down and dingy. Needed renovating at least 10 years ago. Ribeye was well executed, but nothing to write home about. “Baked” sweet potato looked microwaved. Servers were friendly, but unprofessional. More like a neighborhood pub than a “fine dining” experience. Salad looked like it came out of a bag.

Celebrated my 65th birthday on 9/9/23. I highly recommend the steak bites. The bar side has the greatest pub grub; it is attached to an excellent restaurant. Had a great time just a bit pricey; good thing I only have 1 birthday per year!

Had the sliced prime rib sandwich and I can't stop thinking about it. It was served with a delicious, home made horseradish, Au Jus, and mayo. That's what made it stand out. The service was great. Santa Teresa is lucky to have Billy Crews in their area.

Went here for my moms birthday based on the wine selection reviews and they did not disappoint. Huge selection of great wines and fully stocked bar. Food was fantastic too from appetizers to dessert. Waiting staff was phenomenal as well

Its a shame after 13 year's of coming into your establishment to have to write this....I just came into your establishment and had the worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Never in my life have I experienced one of the rudest customers at your bar in my life.!!!They were able to INSULT AND VERBALLY ATTACK me and ...your BARTENDER to back them up..That's so not exceptable...I would of left it that but...not only that...Your chicken special for Friday was SO bad and .. over cooked that it had to be sent back too.... Deep fried to a burnt crisp smothered in a gross gravy ...and vegtables that were so over cooked they were like mush... I would not feed that food to my dog's. I could get a better meal at Dennys.This is the second time experiencing bad food at your bar...Never will we use your package store... or bar, or restaurant again as Santa Teresa locals...
