This is hands down our favorite restaurant in Taos. After dozens of trips down here we have been lucky to eat at many restaurants here. Every dinner we have had at Aji is melt in your mouth good. We have had the soups, ceviches, salads, empanadas, yuca fries, trout, salmon, duck, and desserts. We have loved everything!! We had a WONDERFUL dinner here last Wednesday. We all loved our food, even though we got a variety of dishes (steak, seafood, empanadas, etc). This is definitely a "don't miss" when visiting Taos. Great Pisco Sours too!
