The store is being remodeled. The open sign is never turned on. The food I received looked inedible. The biscuit was super small, like half normal size. The original chicken looked black. I ordered fries but they gave me mashed potato. They said they could not fix any part of it. I asked for my money back. The (shift) manager came to refund my card. He had his kids in the store and he was playing with them. They were rude when they asked for the food back because I forgot the tea. He said he was super busy and his family comes first. I was the only car there and the lobby is closed. Not sure why he was so busy.

Asked for a 3 pc. I got a 2pc. I asked for no ice on drink, and got ice. Chicken was grease, and coleslaw was dry. I don't give bad reviews, but this was disappointing. 1/27/24. 4pm.

We stopped here the week between Christmas and New Years to get food for 7 people. They were very busy and had limited chicken ready and would require a 30 minute wait for the next batch. Instead of blowing us off, the person working the drive through listed out some options and, with some back and forth, helped us place an alternative order that would feed everyone based on what they had available. In a world where everyone seems to hate their service job, this person went above and beyond so we could get our hungry kids fed. I have to give this place 5 stars. As far as the food, it's KFC.

Was looking forward to the $20 meal deal constantly advertised on TV. I get there and informed they are sold out. Let that sink in. 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and they are sold out. Clearly poor preparation due to poor management. They need to do better.

Lobby closed, drive thru only. Food mediocre. Now, it doesnt matter if it's here in Taos, or Farmington NM, or amongst the many I've stopped at throughtout Colorado, food quality has gone downhill.
