Charming pizza joint in El Prado - super close to Taos.Stopped by and enjoyed a fresh & delicious Caesar salad, and a very generously sized small Firecracker pizza (pepperoni, Canadian bacon, green chilies, and jalapeno). Excellent midnight snack later!
100% would recommend for anyone gluten free. The menu was clearly labeled. I had take out but inside had a cute dinning area to eat in. I never see the option for gluten free bread sticks so obviously had to try them. They were delicious, almost like a flatbread garlic bread (ask for extra sauce). The gluten free pizza was surprisingly floppy (in a good way) compared to most GF pizza. Appeared to be made fresh and not a standard frozen GF crust.
