Delightful greeting by 3 enthusiastic women preparing food from this food truck. The menu for breakfast we enjoyed for two mornings is traditional and beautifully prepared and tasty, giving excellent value for money. Sitting outside at tables with sun shades it doesn’t get much better.Parking: Located by side of food truck
Stopped here on our way back to Denver via the scenic route. Totally worth a stop if you want something fresh, reasonably priced, and well made. We both got burritos and both were excellent! The carne asada with cred chili is amazing! They have a few picnic tables to eat at, but this isn't a spot you hang out at for a while. Well kept, quick service, friendly people. Cash only, so be prepared.

Taos Chicharron is a total local place with really good burritos and Tortas. Service is fast. They are a cash only food truck and the food does come that fast but that is because they cook to order the food fresh. I really like the carne asada and my boyfriend likes the Barbacoa. Taosenos need to keep this place in business!
