Disappointed to find out that this is DRIVE UP TAKEAWAY ONLY. No outside tables. Since we were on a motorcycle we had no option but not to eat here. Particularly sad because the menu looked interesting.

Great food for great prices in Taos, NM. The service was great and you could tell she cared about the food she was serving. It was a great experience to eat some local food. Fry bread buffalo burger with green chili and zucchini fries were great. As was the choke cherry lemonade. Highly

Driving by, TK seems almost abandoned but if you get there during the narrow window of operation, it’s def worth a stop. Enjoyed the fry bread, burger, and choke cherry lemonade and syrup. The website was a bit confusing, as came during the weekend and it was definitely closed. It appears to be the only eatery near the pueblo on maps but there are other options once you enter the visitor area.

They’re currently drive thru only. There are some vegetarian options. They have buffalo meat which is a nice switch from the usual beef. The dishes are quite simplistic but very filling.

This little restaurant set back off the road, is a Native American gem. The frybread Burger was amazing; the patty was homemade, juicy, and lean. The frybread was to die for! The fried zucchini was crispy and delicious. Everything was made to order and totally worth the wait.I washed it down with a Chokecherry lemonade that was absolutely perfect.

Couldn’t find a place without an hour wait on a Thursday for some reason. Ended up driving out to Tiwa’s. Great attitude from the drive through lady, she told us all about every dish and answered all our annoying questions with a smile. Had the best Indian tacos I have ever had, Indian tea was great, nice little dessert fry bread too. We’ll be coming here for quick food from now on.

The tea and the taco were amazing! Honey and powdered sugar like grandma used to put on her fry bread. What a great place! Definitely our go to when we hit Taos!

Saw a piece on this place on PBS. Decided to give it a try. Website said it was open. Drove from Santa Fe only to find it was closed. This was 11:30 am on Friday. Boooo!

Saw your restaurant on America Outdoors with Baratunde Thurston on PBS. Very impressed by the outdoor oven and can't wait to taste the bread, Debbie & Ben. We will stop by, hopefully in the near future.

Absolutely delicious! The fry bread taco with beans and green chili, just finished it, wish I had gotten two. They have great vegetarian/ vegan options, just ask for no cheese.Bread is all nondairy, internet will give you fry bread recipes with milk, but that’s not the traditional way. Tiwa Kitchen, thank you!

Amazing fry bread burgers—seems to only be drive-thru only these days, as we would have sat down if it was an option, but delicious nonetheless. Chokecherry lemonade was also delicious.

Stop in if they're open... Right now it's drive thru only. Worth the wait, be patient this is not a fast food place. It's a mom n pop joint! Come and get a taste of Taos.
